Joseph Guthrie has been deeply connected to the Christmas Spirit since his childhood on a farm. From an early age, he eagerly participated in holiday traditions, from decorating the house to selecting gifts for loved ones. These early experiences inspired the stories in this collection. Now a devoted father, Joseph has witnessed the power of the Christmas Spirit within his own family and feels compelled to share it with the world. The stories of Grandfather Christmas and the Secret Scrolls come at a time when their message is needed most.

A so very sweet nine-year-old once wrote: "Christmas is a time for being kind and generous. Christmas is a time for giving and loving. Christmas is a time for cheer and happiness. Christmas is a time for family and friends." This nine-year-old's understanding of the Christmas Spirit should be instilled in all of us and our little ones at a young age. The Christmas Spirit is positively contagious, and will inspire all of us at Christmas so that we continue to celebrate with warmth in our hearts for generations to come.
